Our experienced team of court marriage lawyer in Delhi will guide on how to register your marriage, court marriage certificate, court marriage process and court marriage documents. A mutually solemnized marriage can be registered either under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, or the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
The Hindu Marriage Act applies if both individuals are Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, or Sikhs, or have adopted these religions. If either the husband or wife, or both, are not Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, or Sikhs, the marriage is registered under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Additionally, marriages between individuals of different religions or nationalities can be solemnized under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
